After redeeming your subscription, install Microsoft 365 apps from your Microsoft account. Choose your device below for the exact steps.

Sign in

Go to microsoft365.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Start the download

Select Install apps (or Install Microsoft 365), then select Install.

Run the installer

Open the downloaded file from your browser’s downloads. Select Yes if Windows asks for permission.

Wait for completion

Keep your PC online until you see “You’re all set!” Then select Close.
Personal and Family plans let you install on multiple devices. Check your plan details in your Microsoft account.
Next, sign in and activate.
